Delivery and Returns


We strive to process all orders within two days of ordering from our UK warehouse. Please note that during peak dispatch times delivery timeframes may be extended. Once sent, orders within the UK should arrive within 2 – 5 working days depending on your location and shipping option choice. As a guide, we allow 2 – 7 days for international orders. Next day orders must be placed before 12pm Midday.

    We recommend that you send items back via a secure postal service and obtain proof of postage for your records in the unlikely event that the item goes missing on it's way back to us. 

    Returns Policy T&C's

    All unworn items must be returned in their original gift box/dust bag, tags MUST be attached and free of any hairspray, perfume or similar products. Items which we deem to have been worn and are not in a re-sellable condition will not be refunded, and posted back to the customer. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that each item is sent out in pristine condition, please do check on receipt that your item is to your expectations, and inform us immediately if there are any issues with the item (eg a missing crystal or faulty clasp) as we cannot refund or exchange faulty items after the 21 day returns window if we have not been informed. We'll also pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

    Costs for returned, unwanted items must be incurred by the sender. Return deliveries are at your risk until they are in our possession, we recommend obtaining proof of postage. We ask that you send items back to us securely, and packaged appropriately, as items which are received damaged as a result of poor packaging will not be fully refunded.

    Vintage Styler accepts no responsibility for delays experienced as a result of the return postal company or service. You should expect to receive your refund within a maximum of four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

    Have you received my returned item?

    We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.Vintage Styler can accept no responsibility for returns until they reach us, and strongly recommend that the customer sends items via a secure delivery service and obtain proof of postage. Vintage Styler will not be held liable for delays experienced as a result of the return postal company, and customs charges incurred from returns from abroad must be paid by the customer.

    I have received the wrong item/s, what should I do?

    If you have received the wrong order, please notify us on as soon as you have received it, and we will send you instructions as to what to do next.

    I have not received my order

    If you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch, please check that you have not received an attempted delivery card by the appointed courier, and also check in all possible locations around your delivery address that it could have been left. We do advise that delivery could take up to 15 working days, however if you still have not received it then please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot send out replacement items for orders placed with our standard free delivery option before the 15days from the shipment date has expired. To guarantee your item arrives in time for any date-specific event, please choose the DPD guaranteed option.
